7pm: Meeting begins, we'll wrap around 9pm

This Month's Speaker: Jan Rohila

"Green" building has become the hottest topic in both residential and commercial construction. With a focus on efficiency and renewable resources new products and processes are growing in popularity and availability. Nowhere is that more true than in our own Northwest market. In the Northwest we pride ourselves in our commitment to our environment and our technology. This new "Green" movement is tailored made for our Real Estate market. But what does "Green" mean, what are the standards, what is the availability for products and what impact will it make to our pocketbook are all great questions.

This month's speaker is joining us to address those questions and give us a glimpse into the hottest trend in Real Estate today. Don't miss this opportunity to glean expertise from an expert in the industry. There will be an extensive Q&A so bring your questions.

Dinner and coffee are free so come early and get to know your fellow investors.

Please remember we have a new pattern of meetings and a new venue. Third Thursday of the month and the Coast Hotel in Bellevue.
