Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Northwest Real Investors Association was founded in 2005 and has rapidly become the premier Northwest Real Estate investor group.  Our members are frequent users of Real Estate services such as:  lenders, escrow companies, real estate agents & brokers, rehabbing supplies, skilled trade services and more.  Sponsors receive excellent return for their marketing / advertisement investment dollars.

 

Annual Sponsor ($995 / $700)

  • Annual Sponsors receive your choice of booth/tabletop location at twelve (12) consecutive NWRIA monthly venues in the order in which they are received.
  • Annual Sponsors receive attendance at each meeting for two (2) individuals.  
  • Annual Sponsors receive a hyperlink on the NWRIA Home Page & are welcome to prepare a marketing overview (approximately 500 words) of your products/services for inclusion on our website.
  • Annual Sponsors receive a “Sponsor Spotlight” (approximately 500 words) highlighting your products/services on one (1) of NWRIA’s monthly broadcast emails.   
  • Annual Sponsors are eligible for co-marketing initiatives such as radio advertising, direct mail, or internet campaigns on a fee basis.
  • Annual Sponsors have exclusive right to purchase “Sponsor Spotlights” and receive 20% discount on Education Workshop Sponsor Fees.
  • $995 Payment plan consists of five consecutive $200 monthly installments or pay a one time annual installment of $700 and save 30%. 

 

Annual Sponsor Exclusive ($500)

  • Exclusive Sponsors receive all the benefits/marketing opportunities as an Annual Sponsor but exclude NWRIA from acquiring any further Sponsors in your specialized field during the term of your Annual Sponsor Exclusive.

 

Education Workshop Sponsor ($100/$200)

  • Education Workshop Sponsors receive a 5 minute live & on stage commercial in front of our workshop attendees at the beginning of the session plus a 10 minute live & on stage commercial in front of our workshop attendees prior to lunch break for a $100 Fee.
  • Education Workshop Sponsorship is limited to three (3) Sponsors per workshop.
  • Exclusive Workshop Sponsor Fee is $200 and also includes a booth/table for the event.

 

Sponsor Spotlight ($100)

  • Sponsor Spotlight is available only to current Annual Sponsors.
  • Sponsor Spotlight provides Sponsors with a 5 minute live & on stage commercial in front of our Membership at one (1) NWRIA monthly venue just prior to the venue’s main event.

 

Sponsor Starter Special ($150)

  • Sponsor Starter Special is a one (1) time trial sponsorship at NWRIA’a monthly venue.
  • Sponsor Starter Specials receive a one (1) time booth/tabletop and attendance for two (2) individuals a NWRIA monthly venue.
  • Sponsor Starter Special Fees may be applied toward any other eligible Sponsor Opportunity the night the Sponsor Starter Special is utilized.
