Kirby is a founding member of NWRIA. Kirby’s expertise is derived from the many facets of his career prior to Reach Returns. Kirby has taught sales trainings nationally prior to joining and building a successful project management firm. By the age of 28 Kirby was making well in excess of $100,000 a year but left that industry to pursue Real Estate entrepreneurship. Kirby has served as Director of Education and Vice-President prior to taking on the role of President. As an investor Kirby has amassed a portfolio in excess of $3,000,000 not including the quick turn properties that he has done..

Jamie Rector: Treasurer

Jamie’s expertise on the NWRIA team is derived from years of entrepreneurship and professional management. Jamie has been a part of the start up of several successful corporations and was a highly sought after business consultant prior to starting NWRIA. As a partner in NWRIA, Jamie controls all the business management details that are critical to the success of the association. Jamie is also a Real Estate investor with a multi-million dollar portfolio while also serving as President and CEO of a Project Management firm she founded more than a decade ago.

Rob Quello: President Emeritus and Founding Partner

Rob’s successes have followed all across the country. Rob was a national sales trainer for nearly a decade before starting his own distribution company in the Northwest. Rob assists in the marketing, planning and business direction of NWRIA. In addition to his furniture distribution business Rob is also a High School and College Football and Lacrosse Official. As a Real Estate entrepreneur Rob currently owns property in Minnesota, Arizona and Washington.

Scott Greer: Director of Marketing and Sponsor Relations

Scott joined NWRIA shortly after it's inception and has assisted in it's vendor program and overall management since the time he volunteered. Now as a partner in NWRIA Scott has taken a more active role in the direction and marketing of NWRIA. Scott's expertise as a visionary, negotiator and educator has been developed by years of entrepreneurship. Scott currently owns several businesses including Green Clean LLC in addition to his Real Estate endeavors. Scott has commercial and residential properties in Seattle, the Eastside and the Olympic Peninsula.
